These General Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products, with exclusive reference to purchases made on the website, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/05, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/14 and Legislative Decree 70/03) by Theluckyoutlet.
Before accessing the products offered on the website, the user must read these General Conditions of Sale, which are accepted generally and unequivocally at the time of purchase.
The user is invited to download and print a copy of the purchase form and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the terms of which Theluckyoutlet reserves the right to modify unilaterally and without prior notice.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of orders for products on Theluckyoutlet.com and do not, however, regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by sellers other than those present on the same website via links, banners or other hypertext links.
Before forwarding orders and purchasing products and services from different parties, we recommend that you check their terms and conditions of sale.

To conclude the purchase contract, it is necessary to prepare the form in electronic format and follow the corresponding instructions.
It contains a reference to the General Conditions of Sale, images of each product and its price, the available payment methods, the shipping methods for the purchased products and the related shipping and delivery costs, a reference to all conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, and the method and time for returning the purchased products.
Before concluding the contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Conditions of Sale, including the information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.
The contract is concluded when the Seller receives the form completed by the User, after verifying the accuracy of the data contained therein.
The User is obliged to pay the price from the moment the online order is submitted. To do so, click the “Place Order” button at the end of the wizard.
After the contract is concluded, the Seller assumes responsibility for the order and its fulfillment.

Upon completion of the registration process, the User is obliged to follow the instructions on the Website and provide their personal data correctly and truthfully.
After registration, the User will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided.
In any case, confirmation releases Theluckyoutlet from any liability for the data provided by the User. The User is obliged to promptly inform Theluckyoutlet of any changes to their data at any time.
If the User subsequently provides inaccurate or incomplete data, or even if there is a dispute between the interested parties regarding the payments made, Theluckyoutlet has the right not to activate the service or to suspend it until the related deficiencies are resolved.
Upon the first request to activate a profile by the User, Theluckyoutlet will assign the same username and password. The latter acknowledges that these identifiers constitute the validation system for the User’s access to the Services and the only system suitable for identifying the User, and that the actions performed through such access are attributed to and binding upon the User.
The User undertakes to keep their access credentials confidential and to store them with due diligence, and not to disclose them, even temporarily, to third parties.

Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the order is placed by the User. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative, since, due to the simultaneous presence of several Users on the Site, the Products could be sold to other Customers before the order is confirmed.
Even after the order confirmation email has been sent, cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods may occur. In this case, the order will be automatically adjusted to eliminate the unavailable product and the User will be promptly informed by email.

The price of the Products is that indicated from time to time on the Site, unless there is an obvious error.
In the event of an error, Theluckyoutlet will notify the buyer as soon as possible to confirm the order with the correct amount or cancel it. Under no circumstances is Theluckyoutlet obliged to deliver what was sold at the incorrectly indicated lower price.
Website prices include VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices may vary at any time. Changes will not affect orders for which the order confirmation has already been sent.
Once the desired products have been selected, they will be added to the shopping cart. It is sufficient to follow the instructions for the purchase, entering or verifying the information requested at each step of the process. Order details can be modified before payment.

Theluckyoutlet only delivers to the home address provided by the user at the time of purchase.
Delivery will generally take place within 30 days or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time when the delivery method is chosen and in any event within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of confirmation.
If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In this case, a communication will be sent indicating the place of the order and the terms for agreeing on a new delivery.
If you are unable to be present at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.
If, for reasons beyond our control, delivery cannot be made after thirty days from the order being ready for delivery, we will consider that we wish to terminate the contract.

The risks associated with the products pass to the buyer from the moment of delivery. Ownership of the products is deemed acquired upon receipt of full payment of all related amounts, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if later.

The products ordered are to be considered replicas of the originals.
In case of non-conformity, the user who has concluded the contract as a consumer has no right to have the products restored to conformity free of charge by repair or replacement.

The buyer’s data will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as stated in the relevant section containing the information pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (Data Protection Directive).

Should any clause of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale be invalid for any reason, this shall in no way affect the validity and compliance with the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
